SyncSys is our home grown backup solution for small and medium-sized businesses as well as home-office customers.
Your data gets conveniently backed up to a remote location via ssh, using a slick, easy and fast interface. It is based on librsync and features incremental backups for maximum efficiency, data encryption/signing, ensuring the integrity and secrecy of your files as well as a convenient procedure to restore your data.
At them moment we are working on a GUI to provide Windows users with the all so necessary eye candy. If you're happy with a not-so-pretty text based interface, you'll be able to use SyncSys on Windows [see ScreenShot above] and Linux from now on.
We're offering the SyncSys System in combination with flexible offsite hosting plans for your data. Please contact us for more details.

grml Linux Mirror
STOERIMPULS from now on mirrors grml, a Debian based Austrian Linux Distribution we're very fond of.
"Grml is a bootable CD (Live-CD) based on Debian. Grml includes a collection of GNU/Linux software especially for system administrators and users of texttools. Grml provides automatic hardware detection. You can use grml as a rescue system, for analyzing systems/networks, or as a working environment. It is not necessary to install anything to a harddisk. Due to on-the-fly decompression grml includes more than 2GB of software and documentation on the CD."
